Overview
Litigation is only one means of dispute resolution, seeking resolution of the dispute through the court system, and ultimately having a judge or jury rule for or against you. Most of our cases, if they go to trial, have a big winner and a big loser. These cases are expensive, time-consuming, and emotionally draining. For all of these reasons, most of these cases are settled without the need for trial. Often they may be resolved prior to anything being filed with the court system.
This is why our firm approaches each litigation engagement with a focus on resolution. We recognize that diligent representation goes beyond simply preparing for trial.
