Overview
Our firm approaches each litigation engagement with a focus on resolution. In most estate and trust related litigation matters, there is a big winner and a big loser. These cases are expensive, time consuming, and emotionally draining. For all of these reasons, most of these type cases are settled without the need for trial. We recognize that diligent representation goes beyond simply preparing for trial. We represent a range of clients, including individuals, families, and fiduciaries, both plaintiffs and defendants, throughout the state of Maryland in contested estates and trusts matters before the Orphans’ Court, Circuit Court, and Appellate Courts.
