Our goal is to know as much as possible at the time of your initial meeting to allow it to be as productive as possible.

Please note that a consultation fee may apply, depending on the circumstances, which must be paid in advance of the consultation.

Following the initial consultation, if you choose to move forward with the proposed work, your attorney will provide you with an engagement letter. Any substantive time we have spent, including the initial consultation, review of documents, or other work prior to the meeting will be billed on either an hourly basis or as part of a flat fee. If a consultation fee has been paid, it will be credited on the first invoice.

If you choose not to move forward, there is no charge other than the consultation fee, if applicable.
