Charlie was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. After graduation from law school, he was an Assistant State’s Attorney for Anne Arundel County from 1981 through 1983. In 1983, he entered private practice with the firm of Hartman and Crain, P.A. and later was a founding member of Council, Baradel, Kosmerl & Nolan, P.C. On May 1, 1996, he was a founding member of Bagley & Rhody, P.C.
Charlie’s practice focuses on estate planning, will contests, and estate and trust litigation. Charlie heads the firm’s litigation practice.
