Our Team

Nancy Whiteley has been a dedicated member of Bagley & Rhody, P.C. since its inception, bringing a wealth of experience in office management and paralegal support.  As the Team Lead of the Firm Operations Team, she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly, providing critical support to both clients and attorneys.  Nancy’s leadership and organizational skills are vital to the firm’s success.

Originally from the metropolitan New York/Northern New Jersey area, Nancy earned her BA from Washington College and completed her paralegal studies at the University of Maryland Global Campus.  She has lived in Annapolis for over 40 years and now resides in the Bay Ridge neighborhood with her husband.  She and her husband enjoy spending time with their son, his wife, and their granddaughter, who lives nearby.  Outside of the office, Nancy enjoys visiting family and friends, as well as traveling to the Outer Banks and New York—places that hold special memories for her.
