Our Team

Jen joined Bagley & Rhody, P.C. in January 2021 as Trust Administrator.  Previously, she worked for 8 years at the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County where she gained extensive knowledge of Maryland Judiciary procedures while assisting Judges in criminal, civil, and family law courtroom proceedings.  Following her position with the Circuit Court, she joined her father and siblings in the over 100-year-old family-owned business as an Office Manager with a focus in bookkeeping, human resources, and supply chain management.

Jen resides in the Severna Park area with her husband and two children.  She enjoys the beach, volunteering at her children’s school, and spending time with friends and family.
