Alec joined Bagley & Rhody, P.C. in 2022 as a law clerk in the firm’s corporate law department and now serves as an Associate Attorney in the business law group.   During law school, Alec obtained a certification in business law and gained valuable experience as a judicial intern, serving under the Honorable Althea M. Handy at the Baltimore City Circuit Court.   Alec’s legal practice focuses on the intricacies of business formation, operations, succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions.   In his free time, Alec enjoys playing golf, spending time with his wife and dog, and watching his hometown St. Louis Blues and Cardinals.
