Wick is a member of the litigation practice team at the Firm. His practice focuses on estates and trusts and business-related litigation.
As a law clerk, and now as an associate, Wick has prepared numerous pre-trial motions and other court pleadings, attended mediations, and assisted with the preparation of documents related to discovery. Although he has only been with the Firm and actively practicing law as an attorney for a relatively short time, Wick has already appeared before the Orphans' Court and will continue to gain valuable courtroom experience as Covid restrictions ease. Wick understands, however, that most cases settle prior to trial and that diligent representation not only entails appearances before the court, but also building a strong case and being open to settlement discussions throughout the legal process.
Wick also has background and experience in government affairs. His work primarily focused on county-level legislation, where he helped to pass local legislation that was favorable to the real estate industry and property ownership. Wick's government experience is also tied to his campaign for State Delegate in 2018.
Wick was a two-time sailing national champion in college. His sophomore year the team won 2nd at the “sloop” nationals, just barely missing first place.
When not working, Wick loves to travel, hike and camp, snowboard, and spend time with his lab-mix, Miles. He is also an avid Ravens' fan and follows the Orioles and the Capitals.
