Our Team

Debbie brings with her 34 years of financial industry experience, specializing in executive benefits.  She met Managing Partner, Nick Crivella in 2013 and has referred clients to Bagley & Rhody, P.C. to complete their estate and business planning.  Debbie is also Maryland Life and Health Insurance licensed.

Debbie is a member and long-time volunteer of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) and sits on the Annapolis Advisory Board.  At an early age, Debbie lost her sister to CF. Debbie along with Team Radivo is continuing the family philanthropy by raising money each year to help find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.  Team Radivo participates in the annual Great Strides Walk at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium each June.  Debbie is also a volunteer for Wreaths Across America and participates in the annual wreath-laying ceremonies at military cemeteries each December.

Debbie resides on Maryland’s Eastern Shore with her husband Nick.  On the weekends, Debbie enjoys the beach, gardening, home renovations and spending time with friends.
