Our Team

Terrie is originally from the panoramic state of New Mexico and attended Northern Arizona University.  She built a diverse professional background with a foundation in customer service, which led to bookkeeping and then bank operations and Human Resources for the largest bank in the region at the time.

After relocating to the beautiful state of Maryland, Terrie and her family now proudly call the Chesapeake Bay area home.  She joined Bagley & Rhody, P.C. in 2005 as the Receptionist, quickly demonstrating her dedication and outstanding organizational skills.  Over the years, Terrie has grown with the firm and currently serves as the Client Coordinator.  In this role, she is the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition into our legal services.  She is also a member of the Firm Operations Team, which, through its broad range of responsibilities, supports the seamless daily operation of the Firm and upholds the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.  Terrie’s commitment to excellence and her ability to foster meaningful connections exemplify the values we aspire to every day at Bagley & Rhody, P.C.
