Jessica L. Killmon is a dedicated and accomplished professional with over two decades of extensive experience in Human Resources, Payroll, and Customer Service.  Throughout her career, she has held key positions at prestigious organizations, including the National Geographic Society, Coventry Healthcare, Crowell & Moring, LLP, Sterling Martin Associates, and Long & Foster Real Estate.

For the past six years, Jessica has excelled as the Director of Client Services at an executive search firm, where she has successfully cultivated relationships with Non-Profit and Association executives on an international scale.  Beyond her professional achievements, Jessica is passionate about continuous learning and community engagement.  Her commitment to professional development is reflected in her adaptability to changing environments, and she thrives in pursuit of growth and new opportunities.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Radford University, majoring in Business Management with a minor in Psychology.  Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their three sons—Nick, Zack, and Chris—and their beloved golden retriever, Max.
