As a law clerk, and now as an associate at Bagley & Rhody, P.C., Victoria has prepared numerous probate documents, petitions, attended Orphans’ Court hearings, and prepared accountings for filing with the Register of Wills and/or distribution to beneficiaries of estates and trusts of varying sizes. Her knowledge of the administration process has become a useful tool when consulting with estate planning clients, as well as those who may have questions about how their wishes will be carried out after they die. Prior to joining the Firm in April 2018, Victoria worked as a Law Clerk at a small Family Law firm and a small firm specializing in special needs planning.
Victoria is active in legal volunteer organizations and is a current co-chair of the Maryland Bar Associations Young Lawyers Section’s Wills for Heroes Committee, as well as the chair of the Section’s Pro Bono Committee. Additionally, Victoria is involved with the Maryland Pro Bono Resource Center and previously served as the Clinic Coordinator for Maryland Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. Victoria believes attorneys are uniquely situated to support various access to justice initiatives and provide legal services to those most in need.
When not in the office, Victoria loves traveling, camping, walks with her Plott Hound, Eddie, and Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Aurora, and indoor gardening (including a house plant collection that currently tops 58 plants!). She is also an avid Buffalo Bills fan and jumps at any chance to attend a Bills v. Ravens game.
Victoria’s passion for the arts began at a young age. In addition to being an avid reader and music enthusiast, Victoria is a classically trained vocalist with a history of competing and performing solo and with multiple school sponsored and local choirs in Central New York.
